Our Services
C & J Home Staging offers several options and packages for staging and redesign. We recognize that each home is unique and each has different style requirements and target markets. Therefore, we work with you, your budget and goals to meet and exceed your expectations. We offer our services to home sellers, real estate agents and home builders.
*Home Sellers – We visit your home, evaluate your furnishings, curb appeal and marketability. From this initial meeting, we will then provide options and choices that will fit within your budget and goals resulting in a quick and profitable sale.
*Real Estate Agents – We work with you as an extension of your team to add value by offering home staging services for your clients. We offer new listing photos for your marketing efforts, an open house for the newly staged home and provide a Virtual Tour for your MLS listing. Because we are certified, you can rest assure that your clients are in good hands.
*Home Builders - Staging services for vacant inventory homes for a quicker and profitable sale. We also offer model home staging and window coverings as part of our packaging or as a need only basis.
*Vacant Homes – Staging with new furnishings, accessories, artwork and greenery. This will allow buyers to visualize the potential a vacant home has and imagine living in it. An empty house feels stale, cold, small and any negatives stand out like a sore thumb.
