The C & J Home Staging team, Candice Nichols and Judi Randall, are a comprehensive duo with backgrounds in Model Home Design, New Home Sales, Window Coverings and Marketing. We are Certified Professional Home Stagers and Redesigners through Home Staging Resource, a nationally recognized training organization. With over 20 years of combined experience and expertise in these fields, we have the knowledge to transform a home that will appeal to more potential buyers. We understand the emotional connection a beautifully decorated home has on a potential buyer and we strive to create that connection in every home staging project.
Judi has over 19 years of home design, marketing and sales experience. Judi's passion for interior furnishings began in 1989 while working as a contractor for furniture and textile manufacturers selecting fabrics for fine furniture. Since that time, Judi worked as a Builder Specialist for Hunter Douglas Window Coverings, selecting window coverings for model homes and new home buyers. Judi's accomplishments also include successful redesign and staging, helping home owners sell their home quickly and for top dollar. Judi understands what people are looking for in a floorplan, what color schemes appeal to the masses and more importantly, how to put it all together. As an HSR Certified Home Stager and Redesigner, Judi is poised to provide the best home staging and redesign services available.
Candice has over 12 years of experience in Real Estate, including 5 1/2 years of New Home Sales with K Hovnanian Homes, a Fortune 500 Company. The experience of working with home buyers has taught her a lot about what motivates a buyer. Working inside the model home offices, Candice witnessed the emotion that a potential home buyer feels as they toured the models. Candice now applies this knowledge by recreating that "emotion" in her staging and redesign projects. Candice believes that home sellers can market their staged home just like a model home, giving them the competitive edge over un-staged homes. As an HSR Certified Home Stager and Redesigner, Candice is poised to provide the best home staging and redesign services available.
